Hamilton Lane Alliance Holdings I announced that, starting today, the sharss and warrants in its units may be traded separately.

Units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under HLAHU. Shares and redeemable warrants that are separated will trade under HLAH and HLAHW, respectively.

Hamilton Lane said its efforts to target a merger opportunity will not be limited to a particular industry, however, it intends to avoid companies in highly cyclical sectors such as upstream and midstream energy, commodities or real estate. Read more.
