SPAC IPO

The SPAC intends to focus on opportunities that contribute in positive ways towards energy transition and clean energy technology.

The SPAC will pursue the acquisition of a company in the online real money gaming, technology, sports, digital media, hospitality and leisure industries.

The SPAC will focus on the non-operated, upstream oil and gas sector in the U.S.

The SPAC plans to pursue business combinations with interactive media companies operating directly within or adjacent to competitive gaming and esports. 

The company intends to identify and complete a merger with a business operating in the gaming, digital media, creator economy, entertainment and technology industries.

TLGY intends to focus its search on the global biopharma or technology enabled business-to-consumer industries.

Management cited expertise in enterprise software, health care, financial technology and consumer sectors, although the SPAC said it would not limit its search to any particular sector.

Sectors of particular interest to the new SPAC include consumer and consumer technology, financial and business services, healthcare, and technology, media and telecom, or TMT in emerging markets. 

Roth V expects to focus on the business services, consumer, healthcare, technology, wellness or sustainability sectors.

The new SPAC plans to target businesses in the wealth management industry.
