Financial Acquisitions Corp., led by finance veterans William Allen and Andrew Rear, said it is looking to raise £150 million (US$196.5 million).

The SPAC’s acquisition focus is on carbon neutral, energy storage and related sectors, excluding companies in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
