Quadro in January announced a merger agreement with Global Growth, a private equity firm founded by Greg Lindberg. The deal calls for the SPAC to acquire seven companies in Global Growth's sports collectibles, software, cloud-based IT and healthcare services segments with an estimated pro-forma enterprise value of $3 billion.

The deal was announced in September at an implied enterprise value of $212.8 million. Terms call for the issuance of $50,287,043 shares and 25,123,481 warrants to DevvStream investors.

Evergreen is broadly focused on the technology sector in the ASEAN region, though it has yet to announce a deal.

Redemptions of nearly 94% left PowerUp with about $19 million in trust ahead of an extension vote a year ago. The SPAC had raised $287.5 million in a February 2022 IPO.

The deal also includes up to 20 million earnout shares that would vest in two tranches if the EV maker reaches certain financial thresholds over the next two years.

Catcha and Crown announced the deal back in August at a pre-money valuation of approximately $600 million, and a pro forma enterprise value of the combined company at $685 million. The SPAC's shareholder vote on the merger has been postponed three times.
