OTR Acquisition Corp. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at a price of $10 each. The units are expected to trade on the Nasdaq starting today under “OTRAU”. The SPAC said it is focused on businesses with enterprise values of approximately $500 million to $2.5 billion. The company is sponsored by OTR Acquisition Sponsor, an affiliate of investor and entrepreneur Nicholas J. Singer and Purchase Capital. Read more.
