CleanTech Acquisition Adds $22.5M to IPO Through Underwriter’s Over-Allotment

CleanTech Acquisition said that the underwriters of its IPO exercised their over-allotment option to purchase 2.25 million units, raising the IPO to $172.5 million.

Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares, rights and warrants are expected to trade under CLAQ, CLAQR and CLAQW.

CleanTech in June hacked the offering by 40 percent from the initial 25 million units registered in May.

The SPAC will focus on companies working to shift the world away from carbon dependency. Read more.
