Zanite Acquisition confirmed that it is in negotiations relating to a potential business combination with Eve Urban Air Mobility Solutions, a subsidiary of Embraer S.A., a Brazilian corporation. “There can be no assurance that a definitive agreement will be entered into or that the proposed transaction will be consummated,” the SPAC said.
Zanite’s statement follows earlier reporting that the two companies were in talks about a merger that could value the combined entity at $2 billion. The SPAC raised nearly $240 million in a November IPO. Read more.
