MSD Acquisition Shares & Warrants May Now Trade Separately

MSD Acquisition Class A ordinary shares and warrants may now be traded separately, the SPAC said.

Units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under MSDAU. Shares and warrants that are separated will trade under MSDA and MSDAW, respectively.

MSD raised $575 million in a March IPO to target growth-oriented sectors, including technology and media. Read more.
