Squarespace Whiffs Direct Listing; Down 10 Percent in NYSE Debut

Web-hosting firm Squarespace sank more than 10 percent after going public yesterday via an eagerly anticipated direct listing that market watchers had expected to value the firm at about $10B.

SQSP opened at $48 and later fell to as low as $42.82, some 14.4 percent below a $50 reference price that the New York Stock Exchange had set, Seeking Alpha reports. Read more.
