Tiga Extends Deadline by Six Months

Tiga Acquisition said that it has approved a deadline extension to complete a business combination until Nov. 27.

Additionally, the SPAC’s sponsor intends to buy 2.76 million private placement warrants at $1 each; with a warrant exercisable for a share at $11.50.

The Singapore-based SPAC raised $276 million in a November IPO. Tiga has not announced target sectors, although management has experience in the infrastructure, telecom/media, technology, financial services, manufacturing, real estate, resources and energy sectors. Read more.
