Data Knights Acquisition Prices $100M IPO

Data Knights Acquisition priced its IPO of 10 million units at $10 each.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under DKDCU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one redeemable warrant; whole warrants exercisable at $11.50.

Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares of the Class A common stock and warrants are expected to listed under DKDCA and DKDCW, respectively.

Kingswood Capital Markets is sole book running manager for the offering. The underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million units at the IPO price to cover any over-allotments.

The SPAC intends to target a business focusing on the data centers and internet technology sectors where its management team has extensive experience. The company is sponsored by Serba Dinamik Group Berhad. Read more.
