Alberton Plans Investor Pitch to Sell Securities for SolarMax Acquisition

Alberton Acquisition in its latest SEC filing said it will pitch investments in its units to select investors and current shareholders in furtherance of its planned merger with SolarMax. The deal was announced in October. SolarMax has made six extension loans to the SPAC totalling $402,696, according to the filing, and will make two more, which will be repaid by issuing securities from the SPAC’s sponsor.
