Former Commerzbank CEO Launches Fintech SPAC in Amsterdam: Report

Former Commerzbank Chief Executive Martin Blessing has launched the Amsterdam IPO of a blank-check company targeting a financial technology firm, REuters reports.

The European FinTech IPO Company 1 plans to raise up to 415 million euros ($494 million) and seeking an investment target in financial services and fintech in Europe within the next 24 months. Read more.
