Virtuoso Acquisition Shares & Warrants to Begin Separate Trading

Virtuoso Acquisition said shareholders may opt to trade stock and warrants separately starting March 15.

Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under VOSO and VOSOW, respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade under VOSOU.

The SPAC is focused on media companies within the Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, Subscription, and Ad Tech sectors. Read more.
