Cornerstone Investment Capital Files for $250M IPO

Cornerstone Investment Capital Holdings registered with the SEC to offer 25 million units at $10 each.

The new SPAC said it will target technology companies focused on financial services and transaction processing. 

Cornerstone is led by CEO and Chairman Robert Greifeld, chairman of Virtu Financial, a financial technology and trading firm, as well as managing partner and co-founder at Cornerstone Investment Capital, a financial technology investment firm, and a board member at Capital Rock and Financeware.

The SPAC said it will apply for a Nasdaq listing under CSICU. Read more.
