BYTE Acquisition registered with the SEC to offer 30 million units at $10 each.
The SPAC in the filing said it will search for targets in the Israeli technology industry, including those engaged in cybersecurity, automotive technology, fintech, enterprise software, cloud computing, semiconductors, medical technology, AI and robotics.
BYTE is led by Executive Chairman Kobi Rozengarten, who has over 35 years of experience in investment and management positions in the multinational and Israeli technology sector. He has been CEO of Rozengarten Management since December 2008.
