Soaring Eagle Acquisition Prices $1.5B IPO

Soaring Eagle Acquisition, the seventh SPAC led by Eagle Equity Partners, priced its IPO of 150 million units at $10. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fifth of one warrant to purchase a Class A ordinary share at $11.50.

Units start trading today on the Nasdaq under SRNGU. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants will list under SRNG and SRNGW, respectively.

The offering is expected to close Feb. 26.

The SPAC is led by the same management team that took DraftKings public.

Soaring Eagle Acquisition said its focus will not be limited to a particular industry, sector or geographic region. Read more.
