Queen’s Gambit Growth Capital II Files for $300M IPO

Queen’s Gambit Growth Capital II registered today with the SEC to offer 30 million units at $10 each to raise $300 million for the acquisition of a business “that provides solutions promoting sustainable development, economic growth and prosperity.”

The SPAC is led by CEO and Director Victoria Grace, who is a founding partner of Colle Capital Partners I, an opportunistic, early stage technology venture fund. Prior to founding Colle Capital, Grace was a partner at Wall Street Technology Partners.

Her first Queen’s Gambit SPAC raised $300 million in an IPO last month and is targeting the same sectors as Queen’s Gambit II.

The SPAC in the filing said it will apply to list on the Nasdaq under under QWNBU. Read more.
