Khosla Ventures Acquisition IV Files for $200M IPO

Khosla Ventures Acquisition IV registered with the SEC to offer 20 million units at $10 each.

The SPAC in the filing said it will focus on “high-quality growth companies addressing large market opportunities with highly differentiated, proprietary technology.”

Khosla Ventures is led by Founder Vinod Khosla, who founded VC firm Khosla Ventures in 2004. 

The SPAC intends to apply for a Nasdaq listing under KVSD. Read more.
