Velocity Acquisition Prices $200M IPO

Velocity Acquisition priced its IPO of 20 million units at a price of $10 each.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under VELOU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock of the Company and one-third of one redeemable warrant with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase a share of Class A common stock at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, stock and warrants are expected to list under VELO and VELOW, respectively.

Velocity Acquisition intends to focus its search on “digital transformation” businesses. Read more
