B Capital Technology Opportunities registered with the SEC to offer 30 million units at $10 per unit.

The new SPAC in the filing said it will target a business with operations or prospective operations in technology that is transforming large traditional industries such as consumer enablement, financial services, health & wellness, and industrial & transportation.

B Capital is led by Chairman Howard Morgan, who from 1968-1972 served as an Assistant Professor of Operations Research and Computer Science at Cornell University and from 1971-1972 worked as a visiting professor of Applied Mathematics at Caltech. He was later a a professor of Decision Sciences at the Wharton School

The SPAC said it will apply for a Nasdaq listing under BCTAU. Read more.
