Twist Investment Files for $175M IPO

Twist Investment registered with the SEC to offer 17.5 million units at $10 each.

The new SPAC plans to focus on tech-focused businesses outside traditional investment hubs, including Silicon Valley.

Twist Investment is led by Founder, Chairman and CEO Sean Madnani, who is currently CEO of Twist Capital, a technology-focused merchant bank based in Los Angeles.

Twist Investment intends to list on the NYSE under TWIC.U. Read more.
