Andina Acquisition Corp. III in an 8-K filing announced that shareholders had approved an extension of its deal deadline to Jan 31, 2021 from Oct. 31, 2020. The extension would automatically stretch to April 30 if Andina enters into a definitive merger agreement by Jan. 31. Following redemptions of 5,174,508 Ordinary Shares in connection with the extension, a total of approximately $13.5 million will remain in the company’s trust account, according to the filing.
