GreenVision Acquisition announced that it has elected to extend the deadline date for it to complete its business combination with Helbiz for an additional three months to May 21.
In exchange for shareholders’ patience, the SPAC deposited $575,000 into its trust account in connection with the extension. The funds were provided by Helbiz under the terms of the definitive merger agreement entered into by the parties Feb 8.
