Longview Acquisition II registered with the SEC to offer 50 million units at $10 each in na IPO.

The SPAC’s acquisition emphasis is on healthcare, but Longview will also consider industrials, consumer, media, technology and technology services companies.

Longview is led by Chairman Larry Robbins, the founder, portfolio manager and CEO of Glenview Capital. 

The SPAC intends to list on the NYSE under LGV.U. Read more.
