Peridot Acquisition II registered with the SEC to offer 30 million units at $10 each in an IPO.
The SPAC said it will target companies that focus on environmentally sound infrastructure, industrial applications and disruptive technologies that eliminate or mitigate GHG emissions and/or enhance resilience to climate change.
The SPAC is led by Chairman Tomas Ackerman, a co-founder and partner of Carnelian Energy Capital. His first SPAC, Peridot I, raised $300 million in an IPO last year and is focused on essentiually the same sectors as the new SPAC.
