Compute Health Acquisition today filed an amended prospectus for its planned offer of 75 million units priced at $10 each.
The amended prospectus includes additional financial statements. The amount of the planned raise remains unchanged from the SPAC’s initial S-1 filing last week.
Compute Health is led by Intel Chairman Omar Ishrak, who Ipreviously ran medical device giant Medtronic.
