Game developer Playstudios is in merger talks with Acies Acquisition, Bloomberg reports.

The transaction is set to value the combined entity at $1 billion or more and could be announced in coming weeks, one of Bloomberg’s sources said.

The SPAC’s chairman is former MGM Resorts International CEO Jim Murren.
