Bite Acquisition Files for $150M IPO

New restaurant SPAC Bite Acquisition filed wsith the SEC to offer 15 million units at $10 each to raise $150 million in an IPO.

Bite in the filing said it will target the traditional and non-traditional restaurant sectors in North America.

The SPAC is led by Chairman Rafael Felipe de Jesús Aguirre Gómez, a 35-year entrepreneur in food and beverage operations, real estate, entertainment, retail and broadcasting. He is the founder, CEO and chairman of Mera Corporation.

The SPAC said it will apply to list on the NYSE under BITE.U. Read more.
