Constellation Acquisition I filed an amended S-1 with the SEC to offer 30 million units at $10 each in a planned $300 million IPO.
The amount is unchanged from the SPAC’s initial filing earlier this month. The amended filing contains a number of additional financial statements.
The SPAC has said it will concentrate on a target “that is at the forefront of change in one of several rapidly changing segments of the global economy.” Read more.
