Fifth Wall Acquisition I registered with the SEC to raise $250 million in an IPO by offering 25 million units at $10 each.

The new SPAC plans to target businesses in the real estate sector.

The SPAC is led by CEO and Chairman Brendan Wallace, co-founder and managing partner of Fifth Wall Ventures.
