Conyers Park II Acquisition Corp. today announced stockholder approval of its business combination with sales and marketing firm Advantage Solutions in a vote held Tuesday. Stockholders approved the Business Combination Proposal, the Charter Proposal, the Governance Proposals, the Incentive Plan Proposal, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Proposal and the Nasdaq Proposal.
