SCP & Co Healthcare Acquisition cut its planned IPO 13 percent to $175 million from the $200 million raise initially registered with the SEC.

The SPAC now plans to offer 17.5 million units at $10 each to raise capital for the acquisition of a business in the healthcare industry.
