Bridgetown 2 Registers for $200M IPO

Bridgetown 2 Holdings Limited filed to offer 20 million shares at $10 each to raise $200 million in an IPO. This is the second SPAC formed by Thiel Capital and Pacific Century focused on the new economy sector in Southeast Asia.

Specifically, the SPAC in the filing said it would focus on a target with operations or prospective operations in the technology, financial services, or media sectors.
