Learn CW Investment announced that its shareholders voted in favor of approving a merger deadline extension up to Oct, 13, 2024.
The company also said it intends to deposit $150,000 into trust for the first month of the extension.
There was no word on the vote tally or redemptions, if any. The meeting had been postponed by 24 hours earlier this week.
