Monocle Shareholders Approve Aersale Combination

Monocle Acquisition said in an 8-K filing that shareholders overwhelmingly approved its merger with Aersale. There were no share redemptions following the vote.

The combined company has an enterprise value of $300 million. Aersale offers aftermarket aviation parts.

Monocle expects the deal to close and common stock and warrants to begin trading on the Nasdaq under ASLE and ASLEW, respectively, as soon as practicable. Read more.
