Blue Safari Group Shareholders Approve BitDeer Deal

Blue Safari Group Acquisition in an 8-K announced that its shareholders voted to merge with BitDeer, a Singapore-based company operating five proprietary mining datacenters in the United States and Norway. The vote was overwhelmingly in support of the deal.

The transaction is expected to close tomorrow, with BTG shares starting to trade Friday on the Nasdaq.
