Inflection Point Acquisition II Files for $200M IPO

Inflection Point Acquisition II registered to offer 20 million units to be priced at $10 each. A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant. This is the second SPAC formed by Kingstown Capital.

Inflection II plans to focus initially on North American and European businesses in disruptive growth sectors, which complements the expertise of the management team.

Chairman and CEO Michael Blitzer is the founder and co-CEO of Kingstown Capital Management, which he founded in 2006 and grew into a multi-billion-dollar asset manager.

Director-nominee Paula Sutter was executive charwoman of the first Inflection Point SPAC, which raised $300 million in a September 2021 IPO and whose shareholders in February of this year approved a merger with Intuitive Machines.

Inflection II intends to apply for a Nasdaq listing under the symbol IPXXU.

Cantor is sole book-running manager. Read more.
