SVF Investment 2 will Redeem and Shut Down

SVF Investment 2 announced that as of the close of business March 9 the company will begin windong down and redeeming shares. The SPAC said it will be unable to close a deal by its deadline.

The per-share redemption price will be approximately $10.21. SVF 2 said it holds approximately $235 million in trust, including about $5 million in interest and dividend income.

Sister SPAC SVF Investment dissolved in January at a per-share redemption price of approximately $10.15. 

SoftBank-sponsored SVF 3 last June completed a deal with Symbotic, which is engaged in A.I.-enabled robotics automation technology. Read more.
