Tottenham Acquisition I today in an amended preliminary proxy filing set Dec. 30 as the date for a shareholder vote on the SPAC’s proposed merger with Clene Nanomedicine.
If approved, the $542.5 million deal would merge the two companies into a newly formed business named PubCo. Read more.
