Arctos NorthStar Acquisition today announced that its board has determined to redeem all Class A ordinary shares effective Feb. 27 because the SPAC will not a complete a deal within its Feb. 25 deadline.
Net of dissolution expenses, the per-share redemption price is expected to be approximately $10.19.
