Benessere Capital Acquisition in its latest filing notes the planned $100 million raise remains unchanged from the SPAC’s initial registration last month.
Sponsor ARC Global Investments has agreed to purchase an aggregate of 360,000 placement units (or 393,750 placement units if the over-allotment option is exercised in full) at a price of $10 per unit, for an aggregate of $3.6 million ($3.9 million if the over-allotment option is exercised in full).
