NYSE Delists Direct Selling Acquisition Warrants

The New York Stock Exchange announced today that it will delist the warrants of Direct Selling Acquisition due to abnormally low price levels.

Trading in the company’s Class A stock and units will continue.

The SPAC has a right to a review of the decision.

The SPAC raised $200 million in a September 2021 IPO with plans to focus on domestically based businesses within the direct selling industry. Read more.
