Cerberus Telecom Acquisition announced that, starting Dec. 11, units sold in the company’s IPO may separately trade as Class A ordinary shares and warrants. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the NYSE under “CTAC.U,” and the shares and warrants that are separated will trade under “CTAC” and “CTAC WS,” respectively. Read more.
