Acies Acquisition said today that, starting Dec. 11 shareholders in the company’s IPO may elect to separately trade shares and warrants included in the units. Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under “ACAC” and “ACACW,” respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade under “ACACU.” Read more.
