Fasr Peak Acquisition announced in a filing that it closed its $550M IPO after the market close Dec. 7. The amount does not include the exercise of the underwriter’s option to purchase an additional 8,250,000 units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments. The SPAC is focused on acquiring a fintech or financial services business.
