Mobiv Acquisition Closes IPO and Exercise of Full Over-Allotment Option

Mobiv Acquisition closed its initial public offering of 8.7 million units. The underwriters exercised their over-allotment option in full for an additional 1.305 million units. The aggregate gross proceeds of the offering totaled $100,050,000.

The SPAC is focused on technology companies driving growth in the electric vehicle and urban “smart” mobility industry, including businesses in the sustainable transportation and related ecosystem.
