Tomorrow Crypto Group and Globalink Investment have agreed to merge at a $310 million enterprise value.
Tomorrow Crypto is a Nevada-based Bitcoin/Ethereum mining company. The company plans to establish and provide critical mining infrastructure at mining facilities for prospective institutional-grade clients to mine Bitcoins/ETHs.
The transaction is expected to deliver up to $131.7 million in gross proceeds, including up to about $116.7 million in Globalink’s trust account (less any redemptions) and a $15 million PIPE.
If approved, the combined company will be named “Tomorrow Crypto Group Holding and is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq. Read more.
