Kismet Acquisition Two in a regulatory filing said its sponsor has sold to Quadro, a subsidiary of Kismet’s sponsor, 6.25 million promote shares and 4.4 million warrants.
Yesterday the prior sponsor transferred all the membership interests to Quadro IH DMCC, a company registered in Dubai Multi Commodities Centre in the UAE. Twelve Seas Management Company, an affiliate of Dimitri Elkin, the company’s newly appointed CEO, and Quadro IH DMCC were appointed as managing members of the new sponsor.
The SPAC raised $200 million in a February 2021 IPO with plans to target companies in the Internet and technology sectors operating in Russia and Europe, although in the 8-K filing the SPAC said it will no longer pursue targets in Russia or Belarus. Read more.
