26 Capital Amends Proxy on UE Resorts Deal

26 Capital Acquisition filed an amended proxy with the SEC highlighting merger partner UE Resorts International, formerly operating as Okada Manila. UE Resorts operates one of the premier destination casino resorts in Asia and the largest integrated resort in the Philippines.

As announced in October, the transaction implies an enterprise value of $2.6 billion and is anticipated to provide the company with up to $275 million in cash from the SPAC’s trust. If approved, UE Resoirts will list on the Nasdaq through an American Depository Receipt program.
